The hotel offers nice suites with privacy like a 2-bedroom apartment and a BBQ, but some rooms appear a bit run down. The service is exceptional and accommodating, with minor noise disturbance. The location could be improved for easier access, needing some upkeep. The dining is a good value with room for improvement in service. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for enhancement.

The hotel room was quite noisy due to adjoining guests who were loud and had running water that was disruptive. However, having a room to combat the heat was appreciated, even if it wasn't ready on time. The service was lackluster, with staff seeming like they were just going through the motions. The location, although well-lit and convenient for loading/unloading, was in need of maintenance. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited content and service. Overall, a mixed experience with some drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well laid out, perfect for a romantic evening. Although the room was a bit on the smaller side, it had a cozy bed, a nice bathroom, a great shower, and every room comes with a balcony offering a view. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. The location, nestled between Radium and Fairmount, was convenient for exploring the nearby golf courses and attractions. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations during brunch, missing advertised menu items. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few hiccups.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway, minutes from Invermere downtown, with friendly and courteous staff ready to assist. The rooms needed a little bit of TLC but were beautifully appointed with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The dining options were good and reasonably priced, although the buffet could have had more variety. The location is amazing, offering hot pools and whirlpools to enjoy no matter the weather.
